Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a new MOBILE SAMSUNG ACE MODEL S5830i in end of May-2012, but after 8-9 dayes I saw the proble of NETWORK LOST & MEDIA PLAYER not working proprly.after that I have visited 2-3 time to samsung services center but still the problem is same whenever I am talking to samsung customer care they said you have to go again service center but my question is how many time I have to go at service center. Now I am very disapointed so that why I want to refund or Repalcement my mobile
Pl take some action.
