We booked a flat with UNITECH by paying Rs.1.50 Lac, without knowing the bad reputation of UNITECH. In November 2010, we asked for refund of the amount as we did not want to proceed further. Till today, they have not refunded the amount. Today, they are casually telling that we won’t get refund. We have lost interest on Rs.1.50 for more than 1 and half year. They are applying psychological pressure by referring agreements and no registration has been done so far. We need refund of Rs.1.50 Lac along with interest thereof.
