Incoming and outgoing call problem

Location/place: pondicherry

Name of company/service: Vodafone/airtel

I was in vodofone (9994221048), now change the number to airtel through NNP(VT358755).
For vodofone SIM it shows InActive sim,
In airtel i got the signal and also i am getting messages from my friend and also I receive the message from airtel also. Now i am not able to call anybody and receive call from anybody else. There is no proper response from airtel.
