Dear Sir,
I myself Sameer N Palkar was working in Uninor (Unitech Wireless (tamilnadu) Limited) from 16th Feb 2010 to 30 nov 2010. I had submitted my PF form in Dec2010, but I was again called back in Jan 2011 by Kanchan Kumari (HR) to fill it up again, I did it as i was instructed. She sent me Email of acknowledgement of submission of my PF form in May2011. But I did not receive my PF, hence I called Delhi PF head office in november2011, they told me that its rejected. I again contacted Manali Kulkarni (HR) in Uninor mumbai office. She told me to fill the form again so I did it and couriered her through professional courier in dec2011.
She claims she has submitted the forms to corporate office but she cant give acknowledgement. I contacted dkmonline agency which deals in pf of uninor but they have not received the form.
Even i have not received new PF form to submitt from dkmonline agency till date, which they have couriered 15 days ago.
Where is my PF
Please help me.
