I want to tell you about my complaint against the dealer.
I brought a new VOLTAS vertis Platina Window AC in the month of march from JAPAN ELECTRONICS Ambala Cantt.
In the pack of my AC I found the Remote of the Split AC.
After that I call to the dealer but till today he doesn’t give me the remote and everytime saying that We will give you tomorrow.But still he doesn’t give it to me.
I am very upset with the service provided by your dealer. Kindly let me know that wheather your organisation is responsible for it or I had done a mistake by buying your company product from your this very dealer…
