calls from HDFC credit card

I told that lady that I am not interested in your policy. Still she kept on lying that no policy will be issued in my name. Finally I got the packet containing two policies issued in my name though I was never interested.I want justification why HDFC want to gain insurance takers on the basis of unlimited lies.
