No Refund for Technical issues

I have taken multiple connections from Reliance Big TV. VC details as under:
1.Parent Connection:200923917277
2.Child Connection: 200923917479
3.2nd Child Connection:200923917378

Yesterday dated: 21st July’12 I recharge online thru net-banking for Platinum 3 monthly Pack INR 1146 + 500 +500= 2146 for my 3 connections at around 7:32 PM. I had still two days , however when called the customer care after great difficulties the executive did not inform me that my two days will lapse if I activate from yesterday.
After the executive recharged my active connection went down & the executive said keep the VC on in next 15 mins it will be up. The connection never came up at 11:30 PM after great difficulty got thru the customer care again who put the line to their seniors who was honest enough to confirm about the technology goof up & assured it will get rectify the next day by 7am. My connection still not up & I am not able to connect thru customer care from my mobile pone. My wife could connect thru customer care who assured the issue will get resolved in 15 mins but again 3 hours passed the issue still not resolved. Inspite of mails to customer care & calls my the connection did not got restored. Finally again i reached the customer care thru landline wherein i ask for refund the executive spoke very rudely & said will not get any refund do what ever you want. Request consumer forum to take my complaint against Reliance Big TV & ask them to refund my amount so that i got for new connection with TATA SKY or Dish TV & say good bye to Relaince forever.

I do not want to further undergo with such pain for amount that I have paid; one last request refund my amount immediately I will like to go for TAT Sky or dish TV. I have another complaint the sales person who came to my company gave wrong commitment & that is how I landed taking this connection. I had heard about reliance company not being honest & now have experience my- self. I will never recommend to any of my friends or relatives to go for Reliance connection.
