Not response from IDBI Bank

Location/place: VARANASI

Name of company/service: IDBI BANK

I have IDBI bank A/c 0015104000465519. Bank Statement show 1000/- (Two times 500/-)deducts from my A/c on 12 Feb-2010 in behalf of E-purchaing through Avenues India. But we have not purchase anything.We have put mail in his customer care email ID on 19.02.2011 regarding this but not respond till today from IDBI.

Kindly do needful.
