Balance Deduction

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

Without my notice they deducted 49rupees from my number (7411192120) first.
When i called them to ask the same,that time they canceled my hello tune.
And again i called them to ask the cancellation of hello tune. at that time they deducted 45rupees for my hello tune, which has the expiry date of 5th august.
