Vodofone – Wrong Charges Implicated

Location/place: Maharshtra/Mumbai

Name of company/service: Vodafone

For the April Month i have received monthly billing of Rs.*17,419*. When i
checked the bill thoroughly i found lot of discrepancy in your Bill which was also agreed by your Vodafone Call executives.
1) Inspite of having 2 GB free of Internet usage, i was still charged for
full 1 gb.
My OUTGOING SERVICES IN THE MONTH OF JUNE WERE BARRED FOR 15 DAYS BECAUSE OF VODAFONE MISTAKE.
2) The usage for Vodafone Live confirmed by your executive was incorrect
I have been using your services for more than 5 years, but in these 5 years i have never crossed 2000, my last month bill was Rs. 888/- while previous was something around Rs. 1200/-. So how come this month usage shot up to Rs.17000/- (approx. 1000%). You guys can take a
history or trend of my usage of past 1 year and check.

How you are going to credit my 15 days of June of barring my out going service and by paying my losses incurred in forex market and in money market which happen because of your unrealistic approach to barred my outgoing services even when it was your MISTAKE in month of May 2012 for not crediting 1 GB data…VODAFONE is accountable for my loss and how this is this being clarified

Apart from that in month of JULY 2012 again outgoing services are barred for more than 7-8 days, how will this be accountable for the loss

I have gone through Mental and stressful agony because of Vodafone.

I strongly appeal for the judgement.
