this is with regards to the below mentioned mail which was sent 2 days back & yet I haven’t received any resolution. Despite of the docs being submitted thrice still the verification is pending & services deactivated.

this is with regards to my new photon plus broadband connection (9225335597) which I had signed up for 2 weeks back. Despite of the verification being done yet my services are barred since last to last wednesday. End number of calls to the salesperson shailesh (9225520125) & verification dept guy azhar (918149316304) yet hasn’t changed the barred status. Everyday I end up calling both of them & the only thing I get to hear is either they both putting the blame on each other or they promise to have the reconnection done by end of day. Due to all these hassles I even asked them to have the disconnection request placed however they refused to do so. I was asked to resubmit the docs yet shailesh hasn’t come yet. I had asked azhar to send some other guy for me to handover the docs however to my surprise this guy tells me of sending another salesperson for a new connection.
I am really awaiting for the revert before I have to contact the consumer court for only 1300 bucks in case I don’t get a revert to this mail.
In addition to the above mentioned I had also filed the complaint (548549) on your website but despite of getting the sla of 24 hrs I have simply received the revert of the complaint being closed without any resolution.
