Dear Sir/ Ma’am
On 20th july and 21st july. Vodafone deducted balance from my prepaid card for the BBM service that I hadn’t subscribed to. On 20th july they deducted Rs.5 for BBM service of 5 Rs. perday However I had already deactivated this service and after recieving a confirmation message of deactivation I subscribed to service of BIS service -BBM 15 per day. Then on 21st july (before 24 hours) I deactivated the service of Rs. 15 per day. And re subscribed the service of Rs. 5 per day. However in late afternoon I get a message of deduction of Rs. 15 even though I had deactivated that service ong time back and even got a confirmation message.
I had been charges twice for both services – at the time of subscribing and later at the time when I had de activated and they had confirmed the deactivation.
I have experienced one more instance with vodafone like this before this week. I took night minutes and called my friend at 10.56 pm. The nights minutes were valid from 11pm . When I hung up the phone the minutes remained unutilized and my balance was deducted. On calling customer care they told me that I had to disconnect the call to utilize the minutes but this wasn’t mentioned or communicated to me in any sense. It is obvious in such situation for a person to think that after 11pm my minutes would be utilized.
Similarly many weeks the company had deducted a lot of balance by deducting 10 paisa various times in a day in name of Vodafone Live. When contacted customer care they said that I use internet thats the reason for deduction and advised me to deactivate vodafone live which I did. I never got any balance deducted then.
However they deducted my balance when The fact being my internet never worked as I had deactivated by Blackberry Service. Even if I tried using internet it said network error. Still the company deducted a lot of balance in small amounts.
Please look into the matter and help me
