Complaint on overbilling of Idea Net setter

Name of company/service: Idea Netsetter 3g

I had bought a Idea 3G net setter (Postpaid- No 9011032248) in last year Decemeber 2011. At the first day of usage itself it shows me outstanding bill of 4300. when i enquired about this to Idea Customer care they said that no usually it shows , nothing to worry about it. I double confirmed this with them and they said its ok. However afetr a billing cycle completion they send me a bill of 5200. And shows considerably huge usage, which i havent The plan which I was using had 500 MB usage plan and has monthly rental of Rs 200 per month. The usage was expected to below 200 MB, but bill shows usage more that 1300 MB. When i enquired to idea about this they forcefully said that you have used this much so you have to pay the whole amount. Which was shocking for me, but i dont even use the net setter for 15 days and the bill amount was huge. I kept asking them onn issue, but suddenly i got a Notice from district court saying that Idea has filed a case against me regarding pending bill payment. This was humiliating for me as for not used service i have to pay the bill, and if i didnt pay case is getting filed against me. Now this thing is really a head ache for me and my family, because we never dealt with such situations. Idea has a big name and infront of them I seems to be helpless. I would be really grateful if consumer court please look into this matter and give me appropriate justice.
