Hello! Sir/Madam,
I brought a Inverter EXIDE battery last year on 13/3/11. with 18month warranty through a dealer in velachery chennai SS technology(044-22550208) 9884294475. TIN NO :- 33750985781. cst-895343. They said it is 6hrs back with 2 fans and 2 lights. From the beginning the performance was not good. we were continuously complaining and it became worst and performance of the batt became1hr with 1 fan. So after several calls and reminders they took our battery for servicing Jun 1st week and they acknowledged the performance is not good. and said will repair and give the battery in maximum 10 days.i requested them to given spare batt. they provided one which is no use.. not even 30mnts with 1 fan. but till now we haven’t got any reply or the status we were trying to reach them over the phone but no proper response they say EXIDE company is not giving the batt after service. When we call the Exide company. They say we have already given. With baby at home we are suffering the mental torture even after spending Rs.15000 for the inverter. pl help.. and take necessary action against them SS technology and EXIDE batt
