Name of company/service: metlife insurance

I have policy in metlife insurance company Policynumber 1200700265328. I paid 3 years premium (total rs54000).Without any intimation any confirmation they auto surrended my policy on 31-3-2012. Till now i have not received any chq/amount from company.I asking insurance people about my policy money they are told your money was tranfered to another policy. Without my permission/accptence they close my policy and transfered to money to another new policy. pls help me
