I was having a Airtel postpaid Connection having Mobile No. 9731177429 with 2G-GPRS Service of Rs.98/- pack for 1GB and with Mobile Credit Limit of Rs.1500/-.
However, in the month of February’2012 I have received a bill of Rs. 19,740.69 towards Internet usage of additional 1.4GB Charges and they increased my credit limits without consulting me or confirmation to Rs.3,300/- and now harrassing me to pay Rs.19,740.69 towards Internet Usage of additional 1.4GB.
In spite of my repeated request to restrict my bill to the extent of my credit limit of Rs. 1500/- and GPRS service of Rs.98/- pack without barring the service after crossing my credit limit of Rs. 1500/- they charged me now with Rs.19,740.69.
I repeatedly requesting AIRTEL to accept my dues to the extent of my Credit Limit of Rs.1500/- and GPRS service of 1GB @ Rs.98/- they are not listening to me and threatening and blackmailing by making calls to my friends, Colleagues, relatives to pay my dues on behalf of me and using un-cultured words against me and asking them to pay my dues as I instructed Airtel to collect my dues from my friends and relatives and spoiling my name in the society.
In spite of my request take this issue legally they are not accepting to my repeated requests.
I am getting frequent harassing calls from below Nos.

I humbly request to resolve this issue and take necessary action against AIRTEL at the earliest.
I am also giving Police Complaint against AIRTEL and giving complaint through TV9 and news papers.
