Deregistration of Vodafone SIM

Location/place: Bilaspur

Name of company/service: Vodafone

My daughter use SIM No.7566388730 for accessing Internet. For sometime whenever the dongle is attached to her system and internet connection is tried, internet does not start and gives message “Registration required”. Unable to contact customer care over 111 and 198(toll free) number.
