Dear Sir,
A month back I have purchased one Airtel HD setup box directly from company through IVR money transfer.I got the setup box installed within 3 days.
this HD setup box was offered with a free gift of one Reebok watch which was suppose to be delivered within 10 days from the date of installation.After reminding the customer care people several times, they are just passing the bucks.
I also asked for the money receipt/INVOICE for the money which I paid for HD setup box, but they deny to provide the same.Please help me .
