Salary non Payment Issue

Location/place: 1/148, Jatindas Nagar, Belgharia, Kolkata-56

Name of company/service: I Plus, Garia near Kabi Nazrul Metro Station

Dear Sir,
I am a faculty of I Plus, working with this institute since October 2011 but the institute not pay my salary since 3 months but I have continued my duty since 3 months. Everyday they committed me the salary will be clear soon but still today not receive any amount. So please help me to close the issue.
