Sir,
I have BSNL Land line connection no. 01978236156 , which is out off order last since two weeks .This no. normally remains out off order 90% in a month.when I approached to concerned authorities, they simply make false promises. I also registered complaint on 198 no. which is provided by the BSNL automatic copmlaint no.The BSNL rectify the fault and in the next day it is again out off order and it remains for twenty to thirty or unlimiteddays. I am paying bill regularly.so please help me.
