I bought Britannia butter cookies on 3rd July 2012 from a station in andhra pradesh while i was travelling from Pune to Visakhapatnam.
I don’t remember the station name but i had bought it from a refreshement centre.
On opening the packet for consumption,live ants in it caught my attention immediately.
I quickly called on the customer complaint no.that was printed behind the packet and lodged a complaint with the company.
Since then, i have complained the authorities twice but nothing has been done yet to redress my problem.

I POSSESS THE SAMPLE OF THE SAME TILL DATE.
I hope,the forum helps me for the same and asks the company to take its responsibilities more seriously.
Also,i receive valid compensation against the mental as well as financial hassles that i have faced in making multiple calls to the company and explaining their officials the whole scene again and again.
