i had purchased a refrigerator of kelvinator co. on 27/12/2010 at 9900/-Rs. its marketing and service are done by videocon industries ltd. from warranty period to till today on 16/07/2012 it is not working properly i had comlained so many times to customercare but they are not providing me the solution once i had paid 1300/-Rs. for reparing it but it is not working properly and the co. had not satisfied me yet on 16/07/2012
