I purchased a Hyundai i20 on 03.03.2011.It is a diesel car which has been suffering from a Low pickup problem ever since i purchased the car.Despite of several efforts to bring the flaw into notice the authorused dealers tried to bypass the issue since the car is covered in warranty.However after numerous attempts the dealer Bengal Hyundai adhered with the issue and agreed to solve the problem.However it has been 17days yet i have not got back my car.They say that they will require minimum 10 more days to rectify the issue.All the more it is shocking to see the non chalant behaviour of the Co. itself since there is not a concrete reply from their end even though we have mailed them and called numerous times regarding the issue.
