I bought a Videcon Split AC during 2010. I lodge a complaint no.0107120294 with customer care Videocon on 01.07.2012. Company representative visited my house and told me that PCB is not working and shall be repaired at service center. After 4-5 days, he replaced PCB and with used remote and charged Rs. 1700/- with three month Warantee. On same day, AC could not start. I am complaining again and again with Videocon customer care and its authorized service centers but they are not responding my complaints.
you are requested to please advise videocon to replaced PCB as they have already charged the requisite amount. Phone no. of Videocon is 39404040 and its service center is 011-45639443, 9582223944
