I had Ritz LXI Fabric RED, purchased on 31/10/2011 having following details. They delivered the vehicle on 05/11/11

The first free serving was done on 19/12/2011 and second was done on 14/02/12. Both the servicing had happened in the Varun Motors balanagar branch. After these servicing the one fine day I had a problem with self start. My vehicle was not starting. I raise a request(help) of Road side assistance on 07/05/2012. The complaint went to “GEM Motor” Kondapur nearest authorized service station. On that day the guy came and verified vehicle condition and replaced the battery with whatever battery he had and came to conclusion that my original battery was in good condition and there was a problem with the self motor. He told that it would require some time to investigate the problem. The complaint went to “GEM Motor” Kondapur. Some other guy from “GEM motors Kondapur” came and picked up the vehicle from home.
I between I had to travel to USA on Business trip. They kept the vehicle for one week in the servicing station “GEM motors Kondapur” and dropped the vehicle at my home without rectifying the problem.
The job card also not properly filled by “GEM motors Kondapur”. I have the Xerox copy of the JOB card.
I came back to India on July 1 and took my vehicle to “Varun Motors Balanager service station” At the time of filling the Job card the service person identified the battery in the vehicle is not the one at the time of purchase. Somebody replaced our battery with the old battery.
I verified the second servicing job Card that is with Varun motors balanagar service station. The battery was same as at the time of vehicle purchase.
I feel cheated by “GEM Motors” as the job card is incomplete and does not indicate the battery number in it. I have the Xerox copy of the JOB card.
Such service center are bringing bad name to MARUTI SUZUKI MOTORS.
I request you to enquire into the issue and solve the problem at the earliest.
Moreover I need clarifications on these:
1) Why the Gem motors service person has not filled the Job card properly at the time of road side assistance complaint?
2) Without solving the problem why was the vehicle given back at my home after one week?
Let me know who will provide the battery. The current battery in my vehicle doesn’t work and is completely down(DEAD).
