not refund canceled bus ticket

Respected sir,

My name is K.Srinivaskumar, i booked a ticket in APSRTC for the journey to Bangalore to
Rajahmundry on 27/05/2012. In my journey the bus is suddenly (evening 7.00pm) stopped in Chittor. I and remaning passengers
asked conductor why the bus is stopped he says now Jagan is arrested so as per our superiors instructions we stopped this bus
all of your ticket amounts are credited in their bank accounts (online booked passengers). again all are go to chittor depo
manager and asked. she tell after two hours the same and she signed our tickets for conformation. we faced many problems
because of this issue.

after this i waited one week and asked customer care he said one mail posted after my money retuen. i posted a mail to
online support and customer care and visakhapatnam depomanager and all apsrtc authorities but till date my amount is not
return. i asked customer care and other apsrtc authorities they are not respond. they are talking very irresponsible

so please take action for my issue and my ticket details given below
