I would like to lodge a complain against the dell and its technical service providers for misleading me as they have refused to replace my laptop battery in spite of being under the warranty period for one year from 18th July 11 till 18july 12 the retailer also refused to to help us against the matter and told us to talk to the customer support directly which was never told at the time of purchasing such an expensive laptop
