Dear Sir,
I have Purchased New Panansonic Trimmer from More mega mart from thane which cost me Rs. 3699 on 12th June 2012. On Same Day I have used it, at that point of time it was working fine but after few days When I tried to reuse it again It was not working properly. I thought that there might be some temporary problem. But to add bad luck My Warranty card has been mosplaced during Transit from Old house to New House. I was able to have Trimmer Box with Bill. when contacting to there service center, they told me that they require Warranty card to get it done free of Cost. But to my surprise, today I recd call from there end they are claiming that your Trimeerr Blade has stopped working and it need to be replaced. I said it OK, but now they are asking that it would cost me Rs. 2200/- for replacing the same. On confrontation they told me that Warranty doesn’t consist blade. and it would be done on chargeable basis.
Now my query is here, How can blade stop working within 15 days of time. Is Panasonic is supplying there substandard Product in India. If it working due to some technical fault then it should be replaced from there end at FOC.
