naaptol plays mean tricks on its customers. I bought philips steam iron in June 2012. When i received the product, i found that the steam function of the iron was not properly working. I lodged a complaint on the same day and was told that the product would be replaced and that i would get back call from naaptol within 48 working hours. When i got no response even after 18 days-20 days, i again called up naaptol and, to my surprise, i was told that i had not lodged any complaint earlier. However again i requested to settle my issue and again i was asked to wait for 48 working hours for the redressal of my
issue. But when i did not receive any response after four days, i again called up naaptol and i was shocked to hear the reply that naaptol cannot do anything to replace the product. A white lie they told to me when they claimed that the company had called me up to send the product and since i had not sent the product on the same day ‘nothing could be done now’. While the fact is this that i had not received any call from naaptol. Pl dont buy anything from naaptol if u want after sale service. I am going to initiate legal proceedings against the company.
