sir i booked the online flight ticket from the goibibo.com. payment was also done they send the ticket also from ranchi to banglore. i booked the ticket on 6th of july, journey date:-7/72012 but when my borther went to the airport the jetlite agent told him that the ticket is not valid then he asked to talk to the goibibo but when i tried to contact then there was no response 4m there side and coz of that mistak from them my brother missed the flight,the pnr no:-PYDZAC,flight-jetlite,traveller name-Deepak Kumar Singh,date of journey:-7.7.2012…….
sir i want to claim them for 10 lakh because of them he didnt attended hi conseling..

    Please note that you ticket was not confimred due to a technical issue at the airline end and our team tried contacting you several times as follows :

    July 06th
    701pm- phone call- no. switched off
    854pm-no. not reachable , SMS sent from our end
    959pm- no response on phone- email sent from our end advising ticket is not confirmed
    1001pm- phone call attempted- no response

    July 07th
    847am- call attempted- no response / booking cancelled to avoid no show charges as flight departure at 1245pm

    No phone call was received from you all this while .

    July 09th-
    You called us for the first time to check ticket status- and were advised that your ticket was not confirmed hence the complete ticket amount has been refunded to your account .

    We tried to call you today also several times, but the call is being disconnected repeatedly .

    We do have all phone and email logs available with us for the same .

    Please advise a suitable time to contact you or any other number where our team can speak to you in case you have any further queries.

    I have booked a hotel in pune for two days..while booking price displayed 3200 for two night while booking price was changed to 4000.00 on hotel payment condition..but it was available same room at 20% cheap rate so I cancelled the booking immediately….of course these companies are fooling people with hidden term and conditions..now they say for cancellation charges..this is a clear cheat…will take up the matter with proper authorities for this act and to inform my 5000 followers across the globe

    The goibibo site chat window is so laggard that chat is never answered.a standard msg is repeated again and again pathetic co with use less customer support

    Go IBIBO i am booking a ticket of train but ticket is not booked and payment was deduct on my account im am call to customer care he said 24-48 hrs payment will be refund but till do not received my payment i request to ibibo please refund my payment and help us my contact no. 9799605222 which complaint register….

    When i am going to book my two train tickets before completing the transaction they cut my amount then i cancelled the transaction begire 7 days still they are not refunded my amout even many times i wanted to connect with their cal centre but their employees are said sorry its not goibibo help line no then they cut my phone

    I had booked a flight from Bangalore to bhubaneswar on 6th April 2019.
    But once payment was done I got a ticket of 7th April 2019.

    When I called and informed customer care, he told me that rescheduled will cost another 2500/- ( + charges).

    It is a very cheap way extract money from customer…

    Mai md Azhar mai ne Goibibo ke castemar care no pe call keya ke mera trin ki ticat ka passa kat gaya hai our ticat fild ho gaya hai to usne mujhse pura docomentle leta our mere account se mera 3600 rupay our kat kar deya use call karta hu to ab bo call nahi utaraya hai uska no hai7635065223 ispe mai call keya tha bo bola goibibo center hai mai bahot pareshaan hu

    goibibo not refund my cancellation refund money Rs 16872 ref id is GOFLibfea51574139550 why 22 days over, this is crime cheating by goibibo day after day talk to there gurgaon hryana custmer care i am old 64 yrs sr citizen retired and they enjoy my hard earned money can you here MD of goibibo sanjiv bhasin

    Hi Team Consumer forum,
    Goibibo is ridiculously fraud people , my flight was cancelled from airlines side but they didn’t returned my amount.
    I called the call centre multiple times & my phone was hung up for 2-3 hrs but they didn’t entertained nor resolved my query.
    Though Goverment of India also announced refund but didn’t took any major step on this. This just unbelievable.
    I have written them mail as follows but still no revert. Please help me on this in whichever way possible.

    I am trying to call your customer service team & getting no respond till yet.

    I have booked ticket for Malaysia penang on December 24th where there is no news of corona virus but now the issue is being emerged to the hike & it is non curable.

    Please make me help out here as I have booked te ticket from my goibibo app.

    Kindly check my refund. How you calculated, My refund wrongly processed. I paid from my card INR 14642. Due to COVID pandemic, MY flight was cancelled by Go airlines and they refund my full amount. No cancelation charges has been deducted. I confirmed from airlines two three time. Now i checked in your application. My amount showing INR 13763. How the amount was calculated. Kindly let me know. I tried several times to contact you, but the call was connected.

    One more thing, At the time of ticket booking. I used my Bajaj finersv Card for payment. This is finance card. I completed my all pending amount to Bajaj card. Currently, I dont have any pending amount. So i requested to you please, Kindly check and process my correct amount INR 14642 in my saving account.
