We have been following up with Jai Gas agency Wadgaon sheri, Pune(HP GAS) for the past 1 week for delivery of consumer gas. On each call we are told that the delivery will happen the same day but till date it hasn’t. We have to go through immense mental stress in following up several times a day, with their number coming as engaged most of the times and at the end of the day getting disappointed and frustrated that they have been fooling us with no delivery!! My consumer no. is 636715, this is terrible customer service and in no way acceptable!! This happens everytime we book a gas, the follow-up starts couple of days after their promised delivery date. Even during delivery as previously observed the delivery boys ask extra payment for delivery! Pls help in getting this mental torture resolved
