Dear Team,
Kindly advise me on the following grounds:
I am holding a family insurance worth 1.00 for 6 members from Royal Sundaram Allainance Insurance Co, since 6years and the cash less claims till now would be around 3 to 4 amount to Rs.25000/- till March 2012. My sister has been hospitalised and we tried claiming the money for Rs.17500/- and Royal Sundaram Co have rejected stating Fraud Claim, what do I do, filing a suit at consumer court what is the procedure and fee details, please reply to my mail Id: [email protected] so that my sister gets her money back and more a above they have declined the policy which is renewal due by Dec 2012. Kindly advise me so that I will teach them a lesson.
