Non-Refund of Booking Amount

Location/place: Pune (Maharashtra)

I booked a flat on 20/02/2012 at Sneha Construction,S.No.141,6th floor,”SNEHA-DEEP”,near flyover Bridge,Warje,Pune-58.
I deposited Rs.11,111/- as a booking amt. vide Sneha Corp receipt no.7670 dt.20/02/2012. On 11-04-2012 I came to know that the flat booked by me already given to other person, and my booking amt. forfeited and refuse to refund it. I drop two registered letters on 12-04-12 & on 01-06-12, but no response has been given by Sneha Corp.
