I have a Airtel no. from last 5 yrs. I had subscribe the hello tune but have unwanted charges I have closed all hello tune subscription before 2 months ago, now again this months company charge the hello tune charges on my acccount. I had discussion with his customer care executive on 2nd June 2011, he said that the charges has been waived off in your bill but still appear.
I want to refund this charges.
