i had complainted complaint on 13 th june for my fridge.they repaired it in 4-5 days .and closed the complaint without asking that our fridge is working or not.after great efforts i registered the complaint again on 25th june .after that i call to mr sandeep .he takes pain and send engineer to my house to fill the gas .still its not working.i informed to engineer that came to our house to fill the gas .he said he will come around 1 but he did nt when i made call to him he said he is somewhere else cant come to repair .again i make call to mr sandeep he is saying he is sending engineer to my place .he sent engineer ,in these days they fill gas thrice in fridge.still its not working.every time without asking product is working or not working .my complaint has been closed .every time i sent my feedback that i m not satisfied they make call and situation is same.my complaint nos of fridge are on 13 th RNA 120613041215 ON 20 TH JUNE RNA 120620001075.ON 25TH RNA 120625074904,ON 29 TH JUNE RNA 120629020130 .in between i make 100 of calls to concern persons .i want to know someone can help in this matter.now they are saying they dont have part to repair.some mr Kapil on the phone talk very rudely when i asked when part will come atleast inform me.
