We have installed Sun Direct DTH connection about 3 months back. We were not getting proper signal from the date of installation. WE made many cpmplaints to the dealer MBS elecytonics , Hosakote reg the same. AS there was no responce from the dealer we contacted Sundirect through E Mail and requested them to correct the system. But we recd no responce from them too . We herein enclosed the details of our communcation with Sun Direct. We request you to do the needful.
