Delaying give internet connection

Location/place: Subramanya post, Uttarhalli, Bangalore

Name of company/service: TATA Docomo – Internet service

It’s been one and half month, I have submitted all relevant documents to company. Company person installed telephone instrument. but not providing internet connection. every time i call up, they keep saying we do it tomorrow. Now I am really tired calling them daily. even worst case it they have me Bill against non-usage.

let me know how do go about this.

    Today have received two bills for non usage of connection.

    when I talked to TATA people they are saying bills are against your usage. I am wondering how can its possible, if connection is not there?
