Respected sir,
I bought new handset Nokia Lumia-800 on 02-Jul-2012. Handset was defective and was not charging and even I couldn’t able to turn it on. When I went to Sangeetha store in Vijaynaga (MC Layout, 17th cross) they told me that they will verify the handset and if it is defective they’ll replace it with new one. But I am not getting proper response from them. Kindly look into this as soon as possible.
