dear sir
I purchased Vox MP3 player from Naaptol . The product turned out to be faulty ………..
It is not working at all. There is no FM and Mp3 player is not formatted.
All these Online retail co are cheating the consumers. LOoting them And selling all faulty products. kindly take action against Naaptol. and also against nikon systems pvt ltd who is involved in this. their customer care no is 01203893109,3893107,3100,3108.
when we call them they dont even pick up the phone.
