It is to inform you ,i have purchased voltas split ac & stabilizer from Jhankar agencies kidwai nagar, kanpur on dated 29/03/2012 and from very next week the ac stopped cooling ,when asked from service centre they told the dealer has provided you stabilizer of lower rating and it should b replaced,when i asked the dealer about replacement he denied to change or help in any way ,although i have been charged for branded stabilizer and they cheated me with some local device of lower rating.
