RAIBARELI ON 21/07/2010. I RECIEVED IT ON 06/08/2010 AT NOKIA CARE RAIBARELI BUT DURING TRIAL KEY PAD FOUND DEAD AS EARLIER.
I WAS ASKED TO HAND OVER SET AGAIN. I INSISTED FOR FRESH JOB SHEET WITH REPEAT TAG. THEN I WAS ASKED BY CENTRE MANAGER TO COME AFTER ONE WEEK FOR SUBMISSION OF MOBILE SET FOR FRESH JOB SHEET. THEY FORCED ME TO DEPOSIT SET ON OLD JOB SHEET.
I DIDNOT UNDERSTAND THIS LOGIC.AGAIN IS IT PROPER TO WAIT FOR PHONE REPAIR MORE THAN ONE GO?.IT APPEARS THAT MY MOBILE DESPATCHED BACK WITHOUT ATTENIDNG IT. WHY I AM FORCE TO SUFFER FOR NEGLEGENCE OF NOKIA STAFF.
PLEASE ARRANGE TO REPLACE SET WITH WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY ( AT LEAST NO OF DAYS RETAINED FOR REPAIR).NOKIA DONOT DARE TO PROVIDE ANY EMAIL ID TO LODGE COMPLAINT REGARDING SERVICE RELATED ISSUE. CUSTMERCARE STAFF ALWAYS TALK IN NEGATIVE MOOD. PLEASE INSURE THAT NOKIA STAFF CONTINUE TO BEHAVE LIKE NOKIA OD NAME/FAME.
