Name of company/service: G.C.I Enterprises, Uttranchal

submit my bio-data before some days, for the post of clerk in GCI Enterprise. Is this a Unit of agriculture & rural development Corporation Of India ? After submit my bio-data i got appointment letter from GCI Enterprise Dehradun and they demand the demand Draft of Rs.3150/- & late fine 850/-. Which type of job given by the GCI Enterprise I don’t Know.

So Pls Guide me, and if any branch in INDIA so Pls give the Full address and Contact Person name and number.
In the Appointment Address is given that Office No. 2,Mehu Wala Mafi,Shimla Bypass Road, Dehradun-248001(Uttranchal)
