Non receipt of courier mail

Name of company/service: First Flight Courier Pvt. Ltd.

Sir,
NSDL had despatched my daughter’s PAN No- AQKPN4716E on 23 Jun 12 vide airway bill no. ZB5739951 through First Flight Courier Pvt. Ltd. Further Status on AWB No-ZB5739951 showing as delivered on 26 Jun 12, whereas PAN card not yet received till date. How the status of consignment written as delivered is not understood. Regional office/corporate office of FFCPL at gurgaon/Mumbai have not been attendining any telephone call.Kindly advice further course of action.
