My complain no is- EKOL2803120160.Technician came and he took away my washing machine motor.He told that this motor will repair with in one week .Now it is 4 month still i am waiting for my washing motor. Your kolkata service centerice-8017520078/head office-03340686145 not taking my phone now. They are ignoring me.Their one employee Amalesh always says that they will replace my whole machine/they will manufacture new motor/ this or that.Now he is not picking my phone also.Customer care always says that they will take action but no response.
