I have purchase a mini silai machine from Naaptol Vide Order No: 272083 Dated 03/04/2010,against payment of Rs.1490/= and Shipping Charges included.Now the very 1st day my silai machine is not working properly and I given a no. of complaine about the same ,they told me that the Problem shall be sorted out in couple of days. Till today i have not received any reply from them and I have given lots of complain but there is no any responce. Please advise me and do the necessary help to me to get the full refund.
