Dear Sir/Madam, It has been almost since 10th May till date I have been running pillar & post for the excess amt being deducted for the refund amt against my cancellation, Trip id-1203288000(Trip from New Delhito Kathmandu & Back to Delhi.Journey dates were 8th June from Delhi & 14th June from Kathmandu. I received an email saying that Airline charges have been deducted amounting to Rs 16995 out of Rs 24669.During my trip booking in March I had checked up with your call centre fellow saying that entire money will be refunded except the cleartrip charges ,following which I went ahead with my bookings & unfortunately due to some emergency I had to cancel the trip. Now on 10th May I spoke to Nasir in your cust care & later with Saarika on 14th May saying that they would revert on this positively. I would just reiterate to all of you that this is a hard earned money & I had booked the same considering I will have a nice trip but now I’m in deep shock when this deduction has been made.Pls consider to 1st instance refunding the amt. I would request you all of you could kindly consider my case as a special one & help me in getting my refund of 16995. I have no issues Cleartrip charging me on the refund.
