Hello Sir,
I bought a new Nokia E63 on 06/16/2010 from Home Town situtated in Great India Palace,Sector-18,Noida.when i was looking for a phone they told me that there is an offer with the phone that is a Bluetooth Headset is free with the Phone.
Then i finalized to buy that phone when i was done with the payment they told me that currently No Bluetooth Headset is available they will provide me after two days.
When i asked him after two days for that Headset they started making excuses.On 13/06/2010 i visited there and told them that i will go to consumer court.they given me a different headset and told me that they will replace it within two days.
Now it is 06/16/2010 and i haven’t received anything from their side.
