I paid the said company an amount of rs.8100 as first payment with joining charges for a chit group in november 2009. The company did not start the chit.I made a request for a refund on 14th jan 2010. So far I have spoken to regional manager, company PRO, branch manager, customer care executive. I have sent innumerable letters by registered post and have made hundreds of calls. The company is least bothered about my p;light. I not only want the money back but somebody to take responsibility for their irresponsible behaviour and be punished. My mother Mrs. Meera has been taking care of this matter although she had undergone a major surgery for which this chit was considered to cover the expenditure of the surgery. My mother has been spoken to very rudely using abusive language also by the branch employees.
