Sir/Madam, On 1st Of January 2021 I Applied For Personal Loan With Ant Wallet. Rs. 808/- Was asked to pay prior to loan sanction and paid By Me As Service Charge (Refer UPI ID. 100175841947 Sent To Razorpay@Icici Daded 01 January 2021) And Was Asked To Wait For 10 Working Days. I Had Emailed Many Times But Have Not Received Any Response From Ant Wallet. Neither Loan Has Been Sanctioned Nor My Money Which I Have Paid As Service Charge Has Been Refunded. Request Look Into The Matter And Help Me To Get My hard earned Money Refund. Regards
