Duplicate product without return policy

I ordered a product in a site called www.discountuncle.com . I ordered for a JBL duet mini black wireless headphones. I didn’t get the original product it was no way near to it at all. It was fake. I tried contacting the site for return policy,they didn’t respond.I called the number they provided, it doesn’t even exist. I tried contacting the company who provided the product, no response from them too and the contact number they have is a recorded message. I paid 950/- for the product. I want a refund and return the product back to them.. Someone help me please
